Ticket Holder Procedure Upon Arrival: Front
Gate Check-In You will need to check in (a VIP list with your name
will be at the front gate). If
you purchase or give a VIP ticket to someone, call the Heart of Tyler
office, 593-6905, and make sure they have all the names in your party. You will receive your VIP wristband at the
front gate. You will then
proceed to the membership area for your private club wristband. Be sure to bring your driver’s license. Your name must be on
the VIP list and you must present your VIP ticket for access to Rick’s
upstairs. VIP
Suite
The VIP suite is upstairs at
Rick’s on the Square. You
will have access to complimentary appetizers and beer.
You cannot leave this area with food or drink.
